"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it.
One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something .
I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. "The room I checked into had visible mold on the AC. I am very allergic and this is very unhealthy.
I walked down the street and found another hotel. After being told I would get a refund pending manager’s return the manager later declined. Manager is not agreeing to speak with me after several attempts visiting the hotel she seems to be available but then later the staff comes back and says she is in a meeting.
This is unfortunate- I rarely give bad reviews but this was handled so poorly on...

"within walking distance of both the beach and the Old Town, and the area felt very safe.
Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small. There was no space in the bathroom to put toiletries, and with two people and our luggage, we could barely move around the room. It was very inconvenient.

"There was no fridge or microwave in the room, however small items could be kept in fridge behind front desk. A huge issue for us travelling with kids was no access to a microwave anywhere on the property.
It was quite expensive but a beautiful well run hotel with helpful staff and very nice rooms. One suggestion would be in the family suite there is zero space next to the sink to place amenities. A shelf would have been helpful."
