"Well what can I say but excellent.
Spacious room and bathroom, nice seating area, dining table and chairs, well equipped kitchenette, spotlessly clean, secure car parking and quiet.
Breakfast is available for a charge, however with a kitchenette and as we were travelling we just brought and made our own.

Negatives: air conditioning clearly not up to the job of a full hotel in 38'. My complaint was treated with more or less a shrug as the receptionist condescendingly told me it was hot (really??), that the hotel was...
"Great welcome by Valerie…… very comfortable, clean and superb bed… excellent nights sleep, bathroom amazing . Very yummy breakfast. Would recommend and will stay there again. Great location just off the A75 south of Clermont Ferrand. Easy to find and secure parking. "
"Comfortable and attractive room in a characterful property in a great location in the centre of the beautiful medieval town. Kind and welcoming host who recommended excellent restaurant for the evening. Lovely breakfast.
Free car parking less than five minutes away by the church. "
"This hotel was not as expected it was small cramped and far too expensive for the style of hotel.
It should maybe be an Ibis budget range.
The pool was not very clean and hard to get in and out unless you were a child or a very fir person.
It should be named as a family hotel only."
