"This is a decent inexpensive motel. The room was clean. This motel needs a major refresh. The furniture finishes are worn in spots to bare wood and are scratched. Some of the woodwork had similar issues. The ceiling over the shower had a round spot of mold about the size of a dinner plate. It looked like it could have been caused by water dripping on ceiling from room above. The breakfast items were limited as was the coffee. The large coffee pot was empty but they did have a Keurig, so...

"Good price, room service each day of our stay. Both positives. The not so good, the room was very hot when first entering. The brown middle blanket was falling apart. The carpet was dirty and stained. The table chair was dirty and stained, did not sit on it! Some of these items could be corrected without spending a lot of money and would have made the stay much better. Thank you."

"Room was very clean and comfortable. More like a suite than a room. Breakfast could have been better. There were sports teams checked in and things like coffee and hot food were out. Could have kept a better watch on this. Other than that nothing negative to say and would definitely stay here again."

"The parking lot is in need of major repairs! A hole that is at least 12 inches deep! The stairwells are in need of fresh paint! The carpet is stained! The elevator is in need of an inspection for bouncing before opening the doors! The Lobby is presentable but once you reach the floors the carpet is stained such as spilled bleach on the carpet!
