Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

"Fantastic staff! I communicated with the hotel regarding the airport shuttle before my overseas flight departure. It isn't 24 hours, but I had the coordination within the drive time that ends at 11pm. My travel companion was much later, so at least I could tell her she would have to find other means. "This hotel is very nice! The easy access to the highway made everything quick and easy when driving in the city. Hotel room was clean and nice with a comfy bed. Hotel had a nice deep pool and a spa as well. Would highly recommend for anyone that doesn’t want to deal with center of Minneapolis traffic and driving!"

"The photos are deceiving. The building is run down and in need of a total renovation. The towels are filthy. Not sure exactly how they “wash” them, but every new towel we asked for had stains. I understand it’s probably not the staff’s fault, but their resources are just lacking—we felt bad for them. Housekeeping was also scarce—couldn’t even get out trash changed out after asking. Most of the time, staff couldn’t respond to us about getting the room cleaned or getting a new set of towels....

"Had 3 adults 2 kids in a 2 room queen suit. With a queen pull out bed too. The pull out bed was completly broken to pieces with crumbs and do Ritz crackers falling out. So unusable. Which we needed it, and only got that room because it "slept 6" 🙄 so instead my sitter slept on the couch which you would sink into without using pillows in the Crack. "It's a relatively plain building on the exterior but the interior is clean and new. Room and bed were great (and quiet). There is a neat padded bench by the window for reading or watching TV, which I've never seen. Breakfast had some accidental gluten-free compatible items, which was good. Also the first time I've seen hard-boiled eggs available. It's basically the same over multiple days."
