"Our beachfront bungalow was perfect. We booked the private beach dinner which was great. Bar staff was really good. Really enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Reception staff was very kind and hospitable. Food was good. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return."

"An Experience Within an Experience — Truly Worth Experiencing! Our stay was nothing short of exceptional—an experience within an experience that will remain fondly in our memories. The room was spectacular, impeccably clean, serene, and refreshing, with a warm ambience that made us feel right at home. Every detail created a sense of comfort and tranquillity. The highlight was undoubtedly the pool area. Having a private pool that felt like a seamless extension of the room was an absolute delight. Stepping straight from the bed into the pool, followed by a relaxing warm bath, made the experience feel indulgent and rejuvenating. It was the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and relaxation. Equally remarkable was the staff, whose hospitality elevated our stay. They were consistently courteous, respectful, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special mention goes to Dianna, whose exceptional kindness and assistance deserve our sincere appreciation. We are truly grateful for the care and consideration she showed us. "The staff were AMAZING - really lovely to talk to and so friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault them. The view of English Harbour/Nelson dockyard was breathtaking. So lovely to wake up to. There are works being done around the hotel but that didn't impact anything around the hotel. Everyone working was friendly too. Always greeted us. The walk to restaurants and Nelson dockyard is not bad at all. But please bear in mind there is a steep hill to the hotel, doesn't take too long (around 5-6 minutes) but cautious of when it's too hot. Breakfast is continental style, it was a little limited but that's what you would get for a smaller hotel and we went during the off-season. I think you would have an enjoyable time here."
