"チェックインした時から洗面所の混合栓の動きが硬く、女性では開閉できないほどでした。そのうちに突然軽くなり（リンクが外れた）水が止まらなくなりました。 修理（交換）に２時間ほどかかり、その間観光に出かけることもできず、不便でした。 部屋に元栓がなく、修理屋は下階の元栓をしめて鋼管工事を行いました。 古い施設であっても、水回りのチェックは頻繁に行うべきであり運営者の意識向上が望まれます。"

"The hotel is an excellent property! Our suite 2012 was huge, and the bathtub was the largest that we had ever seen in our life! The suite was well kept, very spacious and amenities were really good. The breakfast was outstanding as well, and the staff was helpful. The reason I took off a point is that the hotel is not easily accessible, especially if you have a lot of luggage. It is a huge inconvenience carrying the luggage up and down the pebbled street, so the hotel should pro-actively inform...

"We stayed at Michelle’s beautiful guest house for 4 nights in June and what a gem of a find it was! From the moment we booked to stay at 537 St.Emillion, communication was excellent and our welcome was really wonderful. Because there are only 3 rooms, it felt very private, peaceful and special. The swimming pool was lovely. The gardens and views of vineyards and beautiful neighbouring villas was to die for. Michelle went out of his way to ensure our continental breakfasts were fresh every day,...

"Very environmentally friendly lodging, in an extremely walkable part of St. Emelion. Nath's (owner) mother owns the restaurant across the street. She has some recommended bottles of wine in the room with prices very clearly labeled. It was great to have AC, and a mini fridge. Would highly recommend!"
