Dès l'arrivée, j'ai constaté que la chambre n'était pas propre il manquait des serviettes pour la douche, le cache-sommier était absent, et le sommier lui-même était taché, avec une odeur désagréable, ce qui était vraiment repoussant. Des toiles d'araignée étaient présentes, et les toilettes étaient également sales. Le pire restait le bruit: impossible de dormir le matin ou de se reposer. "Great location near gondola with access to bars and restaurants within a quick walk. Not too noisy other than road clearing each morning which isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast is a small selection but has great cakes and meat. Comfy bed and bath in room which is a must. Great to be able to make tea in communal area.
