"Bien situado y bien comunicado. Habitación correcta y buen desayuno. Había más de 22 grados de temperatura y en la habitación no se podía configurar el aire acondicionado, estaba puesto en modo calefacción. He tenido que dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Almohadas incómodas."

"Very nice hotel and staff was excellent. We booked a Jr Suite with river view, which was plenty large for France, however the road below is extremely busy and very loud. There is also very limited privacy in the bathroom. Shower is wide open and the toilet area has smoked glass providing limited privacy. "

"The staff is kind, helpful and attentive. Any problem or inconvenience was addressed immediately. My room was clean and the housekeeper was always willing to do more for me. I loved the location of the Hotel. It is within 5 minutes of a weekend Farmers Market. There were lots of shops, restaurants and French Grocery stores near by. Walking is easy with several pedestrian bridges available for crossing the river. I will happily return in the future.."

"I loved this hotel and the staff was absolutely amazing. Located just a block or two from shopping and the hotel has its own parking garage. Rooms have AC and the front desk has someone at it at all times. Staff was great and recommended things to do and how to get to them like the cathedral at the top of the hill overlooking the city of Lyon. "

"Wonderful staff, very helpful and especially patient with other guests who didn’t know how to behave. Nice upgraded room with view of the river. Only problem was the elevator broke but the helped move our luggage down two flights of stairs. This is a great location if you are visiting old town. Everything is within walking distance.
