"I enjoyed this property for its one of kind. It may not be everyone's "cup of tea" but I loved the location and the knowledgeable staff willing to answer any questions that we had. The breakfast room was beautiful and had several option. I would stay here again."

"Joe and Kristi are excellent hosts. They offer details that make you feel at home and are very accommodating. The home is a few blocks from the local restaurants, etc. If you don't want stairs, be sure to request one of the rooms on the main level. Parking can be challenging but we managed ok."

"Loved our cottage and the quaintness of the home!! Breakfast was very enjoyable! The bed was very comfortable-which is always an important feature for us:). Sondra met us so graciously and gave us a wonderful welcome, and historic information about the home. All in all, a lovely stay!! A perfect get- away- not too far from home!! "

"This was one of the best stays ever. I had no idea when I booked that it was a Bed and Breakfast!! It’s decorated to antique and stylish! The Street car running directly in front is and added bonus! Our concierge served us delicious breakfast options each morning! Although there should be non pork options. The are around the hotel is very lovely and friendly. "The Garden District B&B is an excellent location for a stay in New Orleans. It is in a great area for local shops and restaurants. It is only a short streetcar ride from the French quarter. Ray the host is super friendly. It is set in an old building but do not let that put you off as the rooms are clean , spacious and comfortable. "

"Beautiful small boutique hotel in great area near shops and restaurants and in walking distance of the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. The room had a sitting area and sleeping area. The best part is this hotel is filled with unique and interesting decor that makes it a truly memorable experience."
