"They said Non-Smoking rooms. But Getting Cigarette smell in entire premises."

"Staff was very nice it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for a cheap hotel but the room wasn’t clean at all, sheets/blankets and towels all had stains and burn holes. Mirrors were disgusting and floors weren’t even swept I wouldn’t stay here again."

"My room was very clean, and I had one of the best nights of rest ever. Check-in was quick and easy, and parking was conveniently close. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was great once I was able to get some—they had run out at first. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town!"

At the front desk who lent me her personal charger and saved me the stress of having to run out a buy a new charger on a travel day. On a negative note though the pool was not open even once while I was here notwithstanding spectacular weather mid may. There didn’t seem to be any reason. A number of people asked and we were told something about tile. Although it looked perfect. And did not in five days see anyone...

"Breakfast was good and pretty substantial. Hotel was clean and updated. Mouthwash was provided in the room which was a nice touch not many hotels do. Overall a fantastic place to stay if you are going to the Opry or airport"
