"We stayed for one week in a 2-bedroom suite. The suite was spacious and the housecleaning staff were responsive and amazing. The property itself sits on the Atlantic side of the island, with a large amount of sargassum that was on the beach, making it hard to access the water. The pools were nice and quiet (we went to the pool near our suite and there was no one in the pool with us at times). I know this time of year (July) is their quiet season. Taxis are always available and ready to go anywhere. As part of our stay, we had the American Dining Plan. I will say that this was the most tricky part of our stay, especially at lunch time if we did not eat at the same place. We had to constantly check-in with the front desk to ensure items were being counted under the plan. Since there is no way to really track the American Plan, I would suggest if you use it, to check your bill each day. The "all inclusive meal plan" does not include water or even soda outside of meal times (like if you are at the pool and want to get a drink). There is also already a service charge (tip) on the bill, so you can add an additional tip, but I would suggest you keep track of it. The other hiccup is we booked a 50 minute massage, they somehow did 80 minutes, charged us, and then we had to work that out, which killed the relaxed mood we were in. A bit of bait and switch. But, they did work it out. Overall, it was a quiet week!"
