"There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...

"A wonderful boutique hotel with great amenities on a quiet street in a vibrant neighbourhood with near by cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. A 15-20 minute walk to central downtown Montreal and a 10-15 minute walk to Old Montreal and the Old Port. Room was spotlessly clean and our host was very welcoming. "Newly renovated room was great. Nice bathroom and comfortable bedroom. I wasn’t told at check-in that I needed to book the airport shuttle for the next day, but it wasn’t a problem and I was allowed to board the shuttle anyway. Busier times might have been a problem, so make sure you book the day ahead if you want to use the shuttle . I think this hotel is good value for money, with a pool and great accommodation."
