"Poor service. 1. Waited one hour to be served dinner. 2 then it came cold. The order was incomplete. Restaurant was very understaffed. 3. Given no information regarding access to facilities, like the spa, upon arrival. 4. Many things did not work. Tv did not work. Bathroom sink backed up and didn’t drain. 5. When we asked for help from the front desk the people were very unfriendly. The plain truth. Property looks pretty but nothing works. Staff and service were poor. I would definitely not...

"Our room was fine with a comfortable bed. The AC unit was quite rattly so we turned it off and had the window open a bit instead. There are not many restaurants that are walkable. For us it was a stopover to sleep and then continue on our drive the next day, and it served its purpose."

"Our room was clean and the flooring was newer. The hotel was older and I felt the hallway carpet needs to be replaced. There was a tour bus having breakfast when we went down, so we couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast."

"Over well the stay was great , I think the rooms need a bit of renovations and upgrades , in the room I was in the washroom needed some better caulking, and the towel rack was almost ripped off the wall , my sister-in-law was in a room on the second floor , which had carpet in it. She had to keep her shoes on because there was so many stains on the carpet that was very noticeable."
