"Perfect for families. The kitchen supplies are minimal so I wouldn’t plan on cooking any involved meals, but enough supplies for simple items. Kids running in the hallways. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. I’m glad I upgraded to the lakefront view. We didn’t utilize the restaurant or spa so I cannot comment there, but would stay again. "

"Séjour en amoureux. Très Belle chambre et très bon restaurant, rien à dire, c’était délicieux et nous avons apprécié le Spa extérieur du domaine. Nous avions une suite vue sur le Lac dans l’annexe, le seul point négatif pour moi était que le lit King était en faite 2 lits simples collés ensemble et non un grand matelas. J’aurais aimé avoir l’information, car malgré la literie de qualité, on tombe dans la « craque » des deux matelas. Outre ça, l’endroit est calme et relaxant. Belle établissement. "

"View is great, vibe/decor is nice. Communication was excellent. However, the place was not clean (to my liking). Thankfully the bathroom and sheets were clean but overall it was extremely dusty and we found multiple pieces of garbage/food waste on the floor, or behind/under things. The overall upkeep is not the best, there were multiple broken things (frames, crack in the bath, broken toilet paper holder... just to name a few). There wasn't any mention of a washer in dryer in our unit but we did have them which was nice. However, the dryer doesn't get warm so it was useless. We washed our tuques/mitts/neckwarmers after a day of skiing and then put them in the dryer, only to find that it wasn't drying at all so we had to go buy new mitts for our next ski day."

"The hot tub outside was far too hot. My skin reacted to the heat and chemicals and legs were red for several hours after trying to cool down. The cold plunge pool was cold and very old it needs to be seriously cleaned or replaced. "
