"Bugs, bad smell, and they did an error on the credit card payment that took 2 months to resolve.... NEVER AGAIN... Hotels.com was not even able to receive a response from the hotel... very very bad experience... Breakfast had almost nothing left and no one checking to refill it... The breakfast room ..."

"Good night but no slim pillow: all thick ones so we brought in ours. Construction underway. But noise was ended early evening and they were discreet until 8am. So disturbance was minimum. Shower water leaked all the way to the door somehow??"
