"La chambre était correcte, mais la salle de bain pas du tout. Impossible d'envoyer l'eau dans le pommeau de douche, ça coulait en permanence aux pieds et a la tête (moitié-moitié), le rideau de douche était très sale, plafond jauni et pas nettoyé depuis probablement très longtemps, le mécanisme au bas de la douche semblait vouloir arracher juste en le regardant malgré les joints de caulking énormes... Pour le prix de la chambre, je considère que c'est inacceptable."

"The room is spacious, comfortable and well designed. The space and furnishings look brand new. The bathroom is quite large. Towels, drink wares, dishes were more than sufficient. Hotel staff are great on responding emails and phone.
Our room faces the main street and the street lights can be glaring. The window curtains are sheer but the thick curtains that divide the beds shut out light completely. The street becomes very quiet after 6pm and can feel desolate. There are shops, restaurants and...

"This place is very spacious and quiet. For the price of a hotel room, we had 3X the size, with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and large living and dining area. It was an easy walk to the old walled city and very close to restaurants, a grocery store, and the train station. It does have an elevator. Highly recommend."

"They listed the room as a 3 bed room, but it was 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Also, the power sockets by the bedside did not work. Otherwise, was a nice and clean hotel in the heart of the action right next door to the Chateau Frontenac. Would recommend."
