I returned to Les Jardins de Maxima because my first night here was so good. My daughter and I returned from dinner to find our room was at 27degrees, we phoned reception and the guy said he would come ot the room to fix it. He stated that the air con was broken and there was nothing he could do but management would recompense us in the morning. They brought a fan but the room temperature remained above 26 degrees all night. By this time it was 12 midnight I contacted Hotels.com but the advisor was of no help. The receptionist suggested we open the door but I ended up getting multiple mosquito bites. I phoned reception at 3 am because we both needed water… there was no reply after 4 attempts… we had to drink the bathroom tap water. In the morning I went to check out having had no sleep, I asked to speak to the manager and said I wasn’t happy! She replied it wasn’t her fault. Eventually she handed me back 30 Quito’s which would hardly buy us a breakfast. I suggest you train your staff how to deal with this situation and you compensate your guests when they are subjected to conditions which it’s illegal to keep animals in.

Dear guest,We are so bothered to read your bad experience. You had a very satsifying first stay, you booked once again, we thank you for your trust. The air conditioning in your room was down and our team was unable to find a solution to fix the situation. The night clerk would have had to answer your calls to bring you water and potentially approve another room if the hotel was not full. I agree with you a fan does not cool the temperature of a room. We need to improve our procedures on all technical issues. If you decide to come back to enjoy a stay as good as your first stay please ask to my colleagues to connect you with me. Great find just outside Cannes
Stayed for one night excellent accommodation about 5 miles outside Cannes…. Ideal if you have a car. Beautiful pool area, hotel is spotless and very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast selection or charge less money.

Le seul situation négative: la prise de possession de la chambre pas avant 16h et pas 15h30 16h par contre ils nous ont gardées valise et nous pouvions profité de la piscine mais nous avons profité d’aller à la plage et est à 5 minute à pied. Eau près propre ( plage de sable et à l’entre d’eau en pierre).

Angenehme und ruhige Lage trotz Strandnähe
Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Stadt und Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten sogar Meerblick in der Ferne. Sehr spartanisch war das Frühstück gehalten und willkommen haben wir uns dabei nicht gefühlt. Preis/Leistung stimmt ansonsten.

El hotel tiene unas zonas comunes muy bonitas, piscina grande, comedor grande .. las habitaciones son grandes pero no hay nevera dentro y si compras aunque sea agua no tienes donde refrescarla. Para llegar es complicado, ya que está dentro de un recinto cerrado de urbanizaciones y necesitas un código para entrar. Por lo demás, el personal correcto y muy amable. Tener en cuenta que en temporada alta no hay mucho donde cenar cerca y coger el coche es una locura, hay muchos atascos. Muchas urbanizaciones y rotondas con pocas accesos de carreteras.

Les chambres avaient des frigos l’année dernière et ceux-ci int disparu…le wifi est devenu castastrophique partout et se deconnecte à longueur de temps. et si vous avez SFR c’est horrible. Les chambres sont accessible avec des escaliers ( malgré l’ascenseur on doit monter des marches). Le staff était peu organisé. Déçu alors que c’est 3ème année la bas.

Nous sommes partis en famille avec un enfant en bas-âge. L'ascenseur principal était en panne et nous étions situés dans une chambre au deuxième étage avec une partie escalier. L'accès à la piscine intérieur ne se faisait également qu'avec des escaliers. Assez compliqué pour des personnes avec une poussette et toutes les affaires d'un nourrisson. Ils n'avaient pas l'air pressé de le faire réparer... Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre... Pour un 3 étoiles, peut mieux faire.

Vous trouverez forcement mieux pour le prix!
Grosse déception pour cet hôtel. J'ai pas mal voyagé et c'est l'accueil le plus lamentable que j'ai reçu. Les chambres sont propres, la vue côté piscine est très agréable mais les prestations générales sont très loin d'être à la hauteur du prix. Je n'y reviendrai jamais.

Great hotel, beautiful view (green and even a bit of seaview!), very scilent rooms, clean, good beds, good location. Excellent diner and breakfast. We felt like this was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in! The lady in red who managed the staff in the restaurant was absolutely amazing; she worked so hard en was always happy and friendly.
