"Room was dirty, smelly and boiling hot. The curtains didn’t fully block the windows and the lock on the door was barely a lock. We were charged a 500 dollar deposit on the room, which seemed a bit ridiculous. Would not recommend!"

"Our stay was in my opinion a bit of a disaster with no help to make it better from the staff. Our room had 1 working light in it other than the one in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk, they came and checked and said they would contact maintenance but that they wouldn’t be in until the morning. After that our son had fun in the pool. We went back up to the room to crash for the night but found that the dead bolt for the door was broken off and unusable. We again contacted the front desk, they were unhelpful and said to speak to the manager in morning. The manager was even less helpful, refused to take any accountability for the issue and refused any compensation for the issue even though we showed a photo of the broken lock. We will never return to this hotel and recommend everyone to stay away from it. The only redeeming quality was the pool."
