"Very clean and close to everything "

"Had a great time staying at LHotel this weekend the rooms were beautiful and well kept. We stored our luggage before our check-in time which was great to have since we’d had arrived around noon. My complaint was about ordering cocktails from the bar, a group of ladies ordered dirty martini’s before us and the person working the bar didn’t know how to make one and after it was explained he made it but charged for each individual ingredient. I ordered 2 rum and coke and had to pay for the rum...

"Overall enjoyed the property. staff very kind. appearance quite nice. Our room did not block the hall noise which isnt great when located beside the elevator. Also room wasnt cleaned until after 4:15 on Sunday. Chocolates were received once -not sure if that is to be a daily thing."

"Always stop here when in downtown Montreal and whilst not bang in the middle it’s walkable and literally next door to the Old Town. Based here you don’t really need a metro pass as everything is on your doorstep. Accommodation's facilities are faultless and reception always happy to help with requests "

"Very spacious loft unit literally in the heart of Old Port (Old Montreal) - the location and space are 5 stars. the Unit and building itself (Loft building) is a little dated and interior could use a freshen-up, but very acceptable all things considered. The hotel that is a street away is always available for room service and house keeping calls which is nice, and valet service was good as well (and highly recommend) "

"The only improvement would be the app key entry .very difficult to open the door .if you leave your phone behind , you are locked out .it would be better to get a number key lock that you would receive by text "

"Great location and amenities. Easily walkable to restaurants, bars, an IGA supermarket is about 10 minute walk away. The Metro stop is right there, parked our car underground at Place Victoria, 5 minutes away. The unit was super clean and comfortable. Had one minor issue with one of the frying pans not connecting to any of the "smart" burners on the stove top. However, after a brief chat with a rep on the app, a replacement (which worked beautifully) was delivered quickly. Having 3 bedrooms, 2...

"Was almost perfect. It’ S quiet, clean and right into the historical center. The only mistake is that I dud not get the apartment I had rent but another one not so practice."

"Overall experience is good. The property is very new. Room is spacious and bright. Check in process is unique but smooth. Finding a parking nearby was a huge headache. And we also found a Easter egg....an underwear from last guest under the curtain. 😅"
