"The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. The underground parking is located right a cross the street and there is 2 Flow car chargers. This is the ideal spot to be if you want to spend some time in the Old Quebec City. "
