Can't say enough about these apartments. We stayed in BA501 one night and BA101 the following three, both were excellent! The process is easy, by getting access codes the day of arrival. Code access works like a charm, making getting in and out super easy. The place is super clean, large and very comfortable. The beds are excellent. If I had to find one complaint, it would only be that there are not many places to put stuff (in the bedrooms or bathrooms) forcing you to live mostly from your luggage. Location is excellent and cost effective. I would highly recommend staying and will be staying again for our next visit!

We stayed in two different rooms on our four day visit to this beautiful old city. Both rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. Access to a washer & dryer was an added bonus. The set up of the units gave us everything we needed as a home away from home. Great location and very close to some amazing restaurants.

I love this place. It feels you’re home, very cozy, very comfortable, the room is so clean, had the very best rest after a long day of exploring old Quebec. The place is very close proximity to the tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and I had no issues if I have questions. I highly recommend this place. Overall great experience, and property is fantastic and in great location. We enjoyed the stay - everything was clean and nice. Only hiccup was with optional reserved parking - as we were travelling all day, did not see the email come in for parking confirmation by 9 am until we arrived at 6pm, so we missed that opportunity. Actually ended up working better as we parked at terminal parking which was closer and cheaper. We will be back next time we are in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Space was clean and functional. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and could use an upgrade. One bed made noise any time someone moved in it. Bathrooms were very nice. It would have been nice to have dressers or at least luggage racks in each room.

This property is located by the wharf and affords access to many dining options. The only complaint that I have is that I paid for "reserved" parking prior to the trip but this was an open public lot so it was hit or miss whether I could get a spot. Several times we had to circle the lot which was stressful.
