Our stay at Moxy was excellent. We arrived around 9:30am and were pleasantly surprised to be given a room right away. We were told this is usually reserved for Gold members, so that was a nice touch. Most Staff unhelpful and most rude to foreigners. Some staff are helpful and try to go above and beyond, it kind of makes up for all the other rude staff.
