"This place is a secluded haven and yet still close to all the shopping, dining and nightlife of Shibuya. The apartment is very nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. In a country known for compact accomodations, our sixth floor unit offered plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax."

"I had a great time at the Aoca Sanno except for the check-in process, which fortunately was optional. The host was also not reachable despite stating that they would be available around the clock. Aside from that, the property was very well-maintained, with great natural lighting. I have zero complaints about the room and bathroom. In terms of access, the Aoca is located in a quiet part of Omori, just a ten minute walk from the JR Omori station. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone...

"Had all the amenities we wanted, was very clean, easy to find. There was a police station next door, which made us feel safe. There was a 7-11 less than a block away, which was very convenient. A train station was close also. Check-in was fast and easy."

Great location, walkable to Shinjuku area but in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in and out was so smooth, we got in later after a long delayed flight and it was all very easy. Loved our stay here."

"This hotel was very clean and very spacious for our group (6 guests). We had a kitchen and living room which are not included in a lot of hotels. I will say the check in process was a little headache when it came to the passport upload but I reached out to customer support via email and they were VERY quick with responding and assisting me so I am very thankful for that. This place is also a 5 min walk from the train station and shops which was very convenient. Overall definitely recommend...

"Listing very accurate. There was no elevator so thankfully we were on the 1st level. Check in was smooth - expect communication on the day of trip. Place was small for 3 people (futon pulls out) and luggages but the clothing dryer in washroom was very handy. As some others have noted, there is a slight sewer smell but strongest in washroom. Outside was fine! Close to oshiage station and Tokyo skytree"
