Hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the supermarket in the mall below is handy for additional snacks. I got a free upgrade to a suite and the room was nice and spacious, comfortable and clean. There was some noise however from the building work in the mall below but I was still able to enjoy my stay.

Nicest hotel staff and great value

Enjoyed four days in Salalah, and in particular the very professional and caring staff at the Salalah restaurant, whether at the front desk, the lobby cafe, or the pool. Great beach option, available by bus transfer, and lots to see in and around town. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel

Nice hotel in a local neighborhood. Stayed for three nights and it was fine. The staff was very kind, special shout out to Mr. Berto from the pool area for the great job.

I stayed for 1 night only so experience was limited. A large pool with drinks, snacks and dining options is a big plus, used it immediately after check in to relax after my long flight. A contemporary shopping mall with usual brands and grocery supermarket (Carrefour) is literally steps away but You'd be hard pressed to find the shortest way back into hotel, I didn't :-) Seems some signposting work is required. Overall good hotel, ebookers price is a bargain, recommended!

I like the staff, especially Fatimah from the reception, she is careful about the details, very helpful and makes things easier and more smoothly. The hotel is connected to the mall. The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay again. جلست في الفندق ليلة، رائع. وفاطمة من الاستقبال حريصة جدا على التفاصيل وحريصة أن الضيوف يقضون إقامة ممتعة ومريحة. الفندق متصل بالمجمع التجاري، وتحيط به الكثير من المقاهي والمطاعم، فمكانه رائع. يستحق الفندق أن أسكن فيه من جديد.

Het ontbijt is fantastisch ontzettend veel keuze voor ieder wat wils. De kamer was op en top schoon, keurig en fris. Wij willen ook alle personeelsleden bedanken voor de goede zorgen en onvergetelijke momenten in jullie hotel, zeer goede service en vriendelijke bediening. Met name Mahmoud, Mohammed, Fatima, Melbin, Virendra, Munir, Vero,Jollie, Ramesh. Dankjewel jullie allemaal voor deze goede service en mooie momenten. Vooral mijn verjaardag was goed geregeld, mn kamer was versierd en ik had een lekkere taart gekregen op mn kamer hartelijk dank voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring. Graag ook Ahmed de tourguide van Garden Hotel, bedankt voor de leuke tours en goede gesprekken die wij hadden. Top team hopelijk tot gauw weer in Salalah.

The Gardens Mall Hotel

Perfect spot which is super clean and comfortable with everything I needed for my one day stay. The staff were exceptionally amazing, thanks to Marvie and Mujeeb. Also thanks to all the restaurant staff for the outstanding service. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our short trip. We absolutely loved the The Gardens Mall . It is furnished to an exceptional standard. Would recommend it to anyone looking fall all in one.
