Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. "The St Regis is Goa is an exceptionally good resort. The property is beautiful and very thoughtfully integrated with nature. The staff are outstanding in their attitude and kindness. We were travelling as a family including my mother who is in her 80s and she was a bit unwell for part of the trip. The caring approach of the staff towards her wellbeing was nothing short of exceptional."
