Nice hotel near the beach is the only thing that is good. Inexperience staff with minimum English. Not happy with the lack of responsibility taken when checking in. Need to update their policies re-check in.

My stay there for two weeks was nothing short of amazing. The customer service from the receptionists to the waiters/waitresses was amazing! The food there was so delicious, I only ate there a few times but my favourite was the cookies and cream milkshake. Breakfast every morning was so delicious! ...

Great Resort. Highly recommended. Restaurant Bar and food was excellent. Highly recommend the Fia Fia night on Wednesday’s. Staff and the Owners were wonderful ensuring that we were satisfied with everything. Fantastic location and only a few steps into the lagoon, the Resorts private beach.
