Khách sạn Salem

"No issues. Close to Wegmans was nice."

"It was as described"

"This is a wonderful, cozy place that is ultra-convenient to Lewis Gale hospital."

"The staff was great, the room was clean but the place is a little dated. Sonny was great. The phone didn't work and I was unable to control the temperature in the room. The lovely young lady at the desk set me up in a different room and helped me with my very heavy suitcase. If I am correct, her name is Leigh. Breakfast was good as it started at 6am which is about when we planned on leaving. I would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent location just off 81. Beautiful area with mountains surrounding. The staff was very professional and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very clean and well kept which is hard to find these days. The king size bed and bedding was super comfortable. Pretty good breakfast before getting back on the road....scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again when traveling 81."

"It's a old building but they have done a good job with remodeling and keeping the place up. Clean room and a comfortable bed. I have stayed here several times over the years and never had any real issues. I'll be back again."

"Only stayed one night but the property was clean and looked like it had just been updated. They served breakfast in a nice large room, but we didn't have time to eat breakfast. Parking was convenient and location of hotel was close to restaurants and interstate. Receptionist was very friendly and personable."

"I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to get around. Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This stay was HORRIBLE! My sinuses are still hurting from being exposed to mold in the rooms it was DISGUSTING!! I feel like I’m gonna have a fungal infection from taking a shower in how nasty the shower was I WISH! They give refunds couldn’t use the gym that was a joke it had mold and didn’t work it was all broken pictures provided"

"Air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast was very minimal. Manager was not available for about 20 minutes for check in. Told me I had asked for a smoking room, and I had not. Had to wait for an hour and a half waiting for a non smoking room to be cleaned."

"TV channels did nor work well, nor sure if it was cable or TV... couldnt get many channels. Marijuana smell in first room, moved to 2nd. Door had gap, when pushing or pulling open, bed was broken. White socks on floor turned black. Pros -It was cheap, not noisy."

"Stayed on the wellness hall in a pure room. Very nice touches with the hepa filter of you have concerns about allergens etc. great hotel and location"
