"Checked in around 3pm, but didn't get into the room until after dinner. The room and amenities were good. After unpacking, I pulled the chair out from under the desk and noticed something had been dragged out by the chair. It turned out to be animal feces! I contacted the front desk and was told that none of the housekeeping staff was on duty, but that he (the front desk manager) would come up to sweep up the mess. After sweeping up the feces, he left me with a container of antiseptic wipes to...

"Was looking for a place that had a good breakfast and a pool. I've gotten into using a pool everywhere I'm going so this was a plus. I saw in a review that the breakfast was good and it was much better than others in the area and it was true. the fridge developed a bad noise one day and I told the staff about it. When we returned later that day the fridge was replaced and no more noise. The end."

"Stopped for the night during a road trip. The room was clean, the mini fridge worked, air worked. The granite in the bathroom and shower made it feel nicer. I wish they paid more attention to complimentary toiletries because I didnt get a soap :( breakfast was awful. The staff was very helpful though! Id definitely go back without the intention to eat breakfast!"

"The person that checked me seemed impatient with any questions I had. After going to my room, there was no roll away as I had requested and told would be available for me. When I went back to the front desk to ask where it was, she told me my room wouldn't accommodate a roll away. She didn't seem to care that I had been promised one, and offered no solution. The bathroom shower & floor had hair left from previous people. The parking wasn't the most convenient, down a hill and a bit far."

"Coffee Maker was missing parts unable to make coffee in the room. TV was not working was addressed immediately. Housekeepers left garbage bags draped over the garbage cans both when we arrived and when they cleaned during our stay."
