"The hotel room had an unpleasant odor."

"I Love the "Best Western Plus hotel:Extra service, well prepared breakfast. Extra hospitality from the server. Oh the best, the room where structure and well organized. Guess what, I am telling all my workmates and staffs about the wonderful services and location of the property. Sooner or later, we are coming right back. Oh wait, I almost forgot the price is so affordable..."

"let me start by saying the front desk staff was great! Room was dirty.. crumbs in the sofa bed.. like a lot of crumbs.. sticky stuff all over floor in kitchenette area, dust everywhere.. hair and what looked like crumbs in the shower.. sticky stuff in and on fridge. oil all up inside of washing machines and dryers downstairs.. only 1 washing machine worked btw.. Breakfast was ok.. eggs were like yellow colored styrofoam but the rest was ok. free hotel breakfast so.. cant complain too much.....

"Room was small but clean. Bathtub could have used a good scrub but it was usable. Overall good stay and would stay again."

"The staff was helpful and put a bulb in when it blew out. The housekeeping staff was so nice . Everybody that works here was on point and you couldn't ask for a better staff here."

"So everything was fine until this area experienced a flood...lobby and first floor were destroyed along with all the vehicles. They staff here in weston wv Hampton will absolutely incredible. "The surrounding area was very dirty. Cigarettes everywhere, dust. Seems that they don't really clean and they have also construction items everywhere. The pool was disgusting, water was green. My room smelled pretty bad, like humidity and dirt. I had to buy a room refresher for it. Bed was comfortable and bedding sheets was cleaned. But I did find some small death cockroaches and spiders in the room. Front desk staff was ok. Breakfast was alright, not to bad for the place. I've being eating at...

"The front desk staff, Lauren in the evening and Morgan on day shift, were excellent! The elevator was out due to circuit hit by lightning about three weeks ago. Lauren explained during check-in and had to use a key to take guests up and down her entire shift. She has the most friendly and positive attitude. When we went in our room, it had not been cleaned. Beds had been slept in but sheets were not changed nor made. Also, used towels on the bathroom floor. Called down to Lauren and she...

"We were pleased with the room. The temperature control system was good. The exterior of the hotel could use some improvement. The landscape has lots of weeds growing and the trees need to be trimmed. The dinner options could be better…… especially on Friday and Saturday night. Overall good experience."

"Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad. We stay Mariotts all the time and this hotel was poorly...
