"Clean Room"

"Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything."

"It was terrible, the hotel wasn't clean, the bed sheets had a human hair on it,the floor had crumbs, was never sweeped , the bathroom towels were dirty, this hotel is terrible, spoke to the front desk, she said no one is here to clean the room now,and if i don't like it i can go to a different hotel, that night there was a tornado, how did they expect me to leave in this kind of weather, I don't recommend staying in this hotel at all,nasty people, dirty place, not worthed the money "

"Just a layover"

"The hotel was nothing like the photos online. The blue sofa and other stylish furniture shown in the listing were nowhere to be found. Instead, the lobby looked shabby, and the rooms were no better. There was visible dust throughout, and I took photos to document it. I also noticed grimy handprints on the sides of the furniture. The room smelled awful because of whatever heavily scented product had been used on the carpet. The odor was strong, chemical, and perfume-like. It gave me a headache...

"The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The front door needed cleaning, and the bathroom door was also dirty. The bed sheets were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. In a pinch, I would stay again — but I’d definitely bring some air freshener."

"What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby.
