"We flew all the way from New Zealand looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately this experience was anything but relaxing. We booked a room advertised as having two double beds, only to arrive and discover it contained only one. Reception informed us that the property does not have any rooms with two double beds, despite this being how the room was advertised. After countless back-and-forth communications with the hotel and UDTM, as well as additional costs for international phone...

"Lovely, clean room and the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The coffee machine made a really nice mocha, which was a great touch. The location is also excellent, just a short walk from Canal Street. Would happily stay again."

"Lovely open apartment. Very clean and spacious, had everything you need. Good location with a shop 2 doors down and a couple of good quality take aways in the same row of buildings. Bus stop across the road so very accessible. 15 minute walk to trams and Salford quays. Would definitely go again. Well managed. When I arrived I discovered the kettle didn’t work. Left a voice note when I went out and there was a new one there when I got back! Excellent service"
