"We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles!
The free parking was appreciated.
I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us."

"I have used this hotel and accommodation for more than 40 years.....only for its location and proximity to the airport. The accommodation is poorly maintained....my most recent visit (room 10) there was hardly any toilet roll in the bathroom...fan controller was broken (very difficult to locate and switch it off on a cold night)....air con unit defective ...just blowing cold air...and there is never any tooth brush/paste in the bathroom."

"I would like to say that the rooms were great with amazing views but i think that’s just not enough i feel the advertisement was a bit misleading as they say free breakfast yes it was free but it was limited to 1 or 2 items which is fine but it was no where mentioned in the advertisement coming next to breakfast 2 out of three days our food had hair in it which is not acceptable i think with that limited rooms service should be on point secondly i tried calling the room service which they kept...

"What a beautiful hotel, we had a fantastic stay. Exactly what you want in a lovely historic old hotel in a fantastic location in the Adelaide Hills. Beautifully restored, fireplaces galore, great welcoming bar and elegant dining room with fabulous wine room. "Room was fantastic, and bed was super comfy. Only complaint was that we found out we were near where the pub drops its recycling when we were woken up by the sound of glass being placed in the recycling bin at 6am. But I guess someone has to be near that side of the venue, and the stay was otherwise lovely.
Breakfast was great too - way more than I could eat!
Definitely recommend the hotel."
