Great place to stay.

A great location - close to Gardone and Salo only 15 minutes by complementary e- bike. The staff are very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Wonderful stay. We booked a very last minute deal, and we're upgraded to a superior room with a balcony. Great staff, breakfast was plentiful, room was clean with superb veiws. They have paddle boards and kayaks free to use and direct access to the lake which was great. Also highly recommend Pizzeria da Jonny takeaway just a couple minutes walk up the road.

Very unhelpful staff in general

My friend and I booked two lake view rooms which were lovely. Unfortunately I reported at least 3 or 4 times that my wall lights didn’t work, my tea was not replenished nor was my water in my bar fridge. I eventually gave up. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful apart from one lovely girl on reception but this did not apply to staff when requesting drinks or menus. I think the hotel is in a beautiful spot and we loved our rooms but the hotel management are at fault for not training their staff to the level one would expect at this hotel.

Ein charmantes old-style Hotel mit direktem Zugang zum Gardasee. Herzliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, abends manchmal dezentes Musikentertainment - wir hatten z. B. Sängerin mit Gitarrenbegleitung. Hotel liegt abseits vom Trubel, allerdings auch abseits vom Zentrum Salo. Was bedeutet: Man muss das Auto oder das Fahrrad nehmen, um auswärts zu essen. Etwas Make-over z. B. bei Fassade oder beim Teppich im Flur würde dem Hotel nicht schaden. Wir hatten einen entspannten, schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

L'hôtel est incroyable. Il est idéalement placé : très proche de Salò et à proximité directe de Gardone. Possibilité de prendre le bateau à seulement quelques minutes à pieds, pour visiter tous les sites magnifiques du Lac de Garde. La piscine de l'hôtel est hyper agréable... avec en plus un accès direct permettant de se baigner aussi dans le lac. Restaurant topissime... aussi bien pour les petit-déjeuners que pour les dîners. Les repas sont servis sur une terrasse magnifique qui donne directement sur le lac. C'est très beau... hyper calme.... c'est vraiment très bon avec en plus une qualité de service absolument parfaite. Bravo à Stefano et à toute lequipe. Cet hôtel est pour nous un énorme coup de cœur. Un très grand merci à toute l'équipe...Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable !

Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen. Salo ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich, alles sauber, schöne Poollandschaft mit Zugang zum See, die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Lage am See. Herrliches Frühstück. Gepflegter Garten /Pool. Die Snackspeisekarte ist gut und preislich in Ordnung. Aber Snacks gibt es erst ab 14 Uhr 30. Die Lunchkarte ist zu abgehoben. Wenige Tische besetzt! Schade so haben wir uns mittags auswärts einen Snack gesucht.

Wir haben diese Tage sehr genossen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit herrlichem Blick über den See und nach Salo. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr großzügig. Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und freuen uns schon jetzt aufs nächste Mal. Ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort zum Erholen.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and it was a great getaway for wife & I. Use of the bikes were nice and we we able to explore the local area. Make sure to reserve time at the wellness and enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Will stay again if we go back to Lake Garda

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip wie unseren

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Aufenthalt. Bedingt durch das kühle Wetter konnten wir den Pool nicht verwenden. Die Terrasse liegt sehr schön und ich habe dort an den Nachmittagen die Aussicht bewundert. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker. Der Lachs hätte mit etwas weniger Hollandaise Sauce besser geschmeckt. Der Service auch beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es ist ein Hotel im alten Stil. Schade, dass man nicht am Wasser entlang zu Fuss nach Salo laufen kann.
