"We waited 3 hours for our room, so basically lost our first night there. They were finally gracious enough to upgrade our room which was appreciated, we had no bracelets so we could not access the hotel or even go eat as everything is charged to the rooms. Be prepared food places close early even ..."

"The rooms were extremely dirty and reeked of bleach probably to cover up mold and mildew smell. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The food was okay."
