"If you are going to a hockey game at the Delta Center, this hotel is perfect for you. It's a quick 3 minute walk to the arena. It's close to Temple Square as well. The room was pleasant and had what we needed. Did not try the restaurant, but the downstairs coffee was good."
"I stayed four nights for a conference at the convention center, which is a few blocks away. I appreciated the free airport shuttle service. The hotel clerk offered me my choice of which floor I wanted to stay on, and that was an unexpected pleasure. The front desk clerks were helpful with advice about restaurants in the area. The breakfast was well-done, and the breakfast staff was very friendly. I like to take the stairs, and the stairs at this hotel are carpeted and convenient throughout the hotel. It was somewhat less expensive than the hotels next to the convention center, so that was a big reason for me to stay here. I had a great experience, and suspect you will as well!"
"spark by Hilton was located in an industrial area some homeless people. Restaurant choice was Dees. Lawn had a lot of weeds. spark breakfast had hard boiled eggs, Cereal, dry flavored oatmeal, bagels milk, apples oranges. Rooms clean good pillows good wifi. Front desk helpful payed$120 instead of 240 for Hampton inn downtown- in a better location.

"I didn´t enjoy staying here. The comforter and sheets are extremely thin, and I ended up sleeping in my sweatpants and hoody instead of like a basic shirt. Additionally, the heater is incredibly loud due to poor maintenance probably. It is about as loud as an idling diesel pickup.
Floors are stained and scattered with dirt, trash, etc. Like pistachio shells in the halls, and rice on the floor.
The breakfast was not even as it appears in the photos. There is barely anything available. Like two slices of white bread plastic wrapped together, and a cup of applesauce.
The pool is out, and appears like it has been that way for a while and will stay that way.
The parking lot is full of people who I do not think are staying here. When I arrived there was a dude just taking the seats out of his truck and leaving them in the parking lot? I may not have thought much of it but I checked in at midnight and that seems like an afternoon project.
As I checked in, another couple came to the front desk and to the other checkin person and said that there was already someone else in their room when they went to it. I guess the guy who was helping me checked them in, so he stopped talking to me and walked over to a different computer and just stood there "helping"? I asked if we were done and he said I'm fine to go.
I guess I have more memories than a boring hotel so I'm grateful for that."
