Every January we celebrate our son’s 10th bday here and book a couple rooms gathering with aunts uncles and cousins .
They kids always have a blast enjoying the pool as well as playing in the halls and kind of just chasing each other around (of course just being kids but in a respectful manner ) the hotel has never harassed us and never had issues with letting them have a little fun within the hotel facilities playing.
The suites are spacious modern and clean amenities are good , the staff is nice and helpful . They even corrected a fund issue where they had mistakenly taken a $300 for a “smoking in the room fee” (the birthday candles had set this sensor off but after calling and explaining the charge was removed and returned , that was very much appreciated )
Another bonus is a full breakfast buffet is offered for all guests with almost everything you could think to have for a breakfast item . They even have chefs that will cook up a fresh omelette or French toast or specialty if your choice , definitely a nice perk with a family .
One con I would say is though it’s nice they have a parking garage connected to the facility for the security and coverage of your vehicle. But charge a $10 fee to utilize use it . They do have additional parking outside of the parking garage for free. Just felt that’s a silly additional charge to the guest. But aside of that great stay always and highly recommend if you’re reading this !
