Awful experience. When we checked in, the man at the desk confirmed that we had booked a 2 queen bed room. When we got to our room, we walked into a king bed room. I went back to the front desk to let them know and I was told “I can’t switch your reservation in our system” which doesn’t make sense, because our reservation was for a 2 queen bed room. The man at the front desk then put us in a random 2 queen bed room for the first night and told us that we have to move to another room the next day for the remainder of our reservation. Upon entering the new room, it was humid, dirty, and very worn down. The hot water dial for the sink was missing a piece, the shower head would leak and cause the entire bathroom floor to be covered with water, and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained with what I would assume to believe is mold. Furthermore, the second room we stayed in had no outlets next to the beds, which made it impossible to charge our phones near by.
The front desk staff were incredibly unkind and not helpful at all. I advise everyone to stay far away from this hotel as there are much better options near by.
