"From the time we got there, the floors in our condo felt like they had sand on them. Dirty around the door handles in our condo. Broken elevator in the parking garage that wasn't fixed during the week we were there. Pool towels were not offered to us when we checked in, but I read later we had to get them from the front desk that was in the other building from the one we were staying in. "It was a beautiful property. But some things in the condo needed to be repaired. The bathroom faucets. The ice maker didn’t make ice. The elevators were broken. But overall we had a good time.."

"We waited an hour and a half after check in before the room was ready. The staff was not friendly. There were a lot of things we could have benefited from during the stay that they didn't explain to us. The food at the restaurant was way overpriced however the drinks at the bar were reasonable. The best thing about the resort was karaoke night other than that definitely find somewhere else to stay. It's also very very far from anything!!!"

"We stayed in a two bedroom condo here for 7 days but wanted to extend our stay by one night so we had to move to an available one bedroom. Each staff member we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Specifically the moving of rooms was very easy and they even offered to move our stuff to the next room if we did not want to wait and if we put it all onto a cart. The two bedroom condo was excellent, clean and spacious with an unobstructed view of the beach. The only complaint there was...
