"The only reason to stay here is the excellent location and the convenient parking adjacent to the hotel. We booked a "river view" room which, even if we could see out of the filthy window, there was no river view. It was a fenced off maintenance or generator area. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff member was argumentative and just kept repeating that was the room we had booked. Also, the area underneath the window was absolutely disgusting. Layers of dirt, cobwebs, moldy food...

"This is a well situated hotel at the top of Eyre sq close to lots of cafes and pubs. The hotel is on a busy road but was surprising quiet at night. The rooms have enough space to unpack and move around and the bathroom is spacious but not a lot of space for parking your toiletry bags. The staff was helpful and the restaurant was good although we only ate there once given the many options for restaurants in this busy city."

"Overall, nice place. A little too hipster cute. Door to our balcony was nearly impossible to open or close once you got it open. Doorknob and window mechanism to outside in need of repair. You’re also competing with classes & gym members for space there, which is somewhat annoying. Minor issues for — by and large — a comfortable place to stay."

"The automatic check in machine wasn't working so it didn't print out room cards . I couldn't get into my room . When I phoned the help line I was told that someone would be there in 15 mins . 45 mins later someone did arrive . The problem was sorted but again later that night I couldn't get into my room 🙃. I had to check in again to get another room card. The help line was not answered when I called . However the room itself was nice , clean and comfortable. The location in town...

"Hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful! Food tasty, beers cold. Lovely hotel."
