Hi Rachel. There is no where listed that we offer a pool or a spa at this time. We do have a store, as the paper in your room listed the items and you received a text message with the information sharing such.

Hi Robert,You had reserved a deluxe double (which is two full size beds in a room with a door to the back), which is on the side of the building you were on...where cars were parked was mainly for what types of rooms people had booked! We currently have one renovated room, with two more debuting in the next couple of weeks, which happen to be deluxe's and will reflect the term!Good to know about the squeaky bed, I will look into that, thanks for letting us know. Any hvacs needing attention, will be replaced in our renovation process. I hadn't heard from anyone that there were issues with the one in your room, so again, thanks for bringing it to our attention! :)

We understand you had a bad experience but you fail to mention that your reservation was due for check in on July 14th Friday. We have proof of said reservation and was not the date mentioned in your review. We blocked the dates to not inconvenience our guest due to maintenance closures. Your reservation was done through Expedia. Expedia should have made you aware that we were not accepting reservations. We also do not respond kindly to threats by your husband. If you come with that kind of aggression we have the right to refuse service. However as you can see our reviews speak for themselves. Just because you made a mistake on the date of your arrival, you do not have to take it out on us. If I was snarky, my apologies however your husband was very rude and threatening, that is why I may have come across as snarky and then he admitted to me you made the mistake so I am not understanding the harshness of your review. Anyway thank you and we hope you have a wonderful rest of your day.
