Limpeza péssima, bem como as condições gerais do hotel e quarto. A única coisa positiva a se destacar foi o atendimento. Os funcionários reconheceram que tudo estava muito abaixo do esperado, nos devolveram o dinheiro e rumamos pra outro hotel.

Gostei no geral do quarto mas o jantar pedido no quarto não foi o que imaginávamos em termos de qualidade. Ceviche não muito bom quase sem proteína. Chegou um tanto frio. Fettuccine de camarão quase sem camarão. Custo benefício ruim. Toalha achei já um tanto gasta.

O chuveiro era muito barulhento, fazia zuada semelhante à gaita escocesa. Tinha que ficar regulando muito para que ficasse silenciosa. A ducha higiênica estava vazando quando utilizada e acumulava água no chão. A descarga do quarto 317 também estava com vazamento e fazia barulho. Apesar da necessidade de reparos, o quarto era confortável.

As instalações estão decadentes, os quartos acabados, faltou água no quarto 3 vezes durante a estadia. O hotel tem um restaurante que é terceirizado, e caso você peça delivery, eles não fornecem sequer talher e prato.
