"The AC was messed regardless of two technicians’ visit. The temperature would not go below 25C even though it was set to 20C for over 24hrs. The shower can use some deep cleaning. "Our stay was nice overall, though we had some maintenance issues in the room which were quickly addressed, except for the old and visibly dirty AC unit in the room and the flimsy door lock solution which are not acceptable at this price point. The grounds were clean; the pool was well maintained; the buffet was excellent. However, the entire hotel wifi was down during our entire stay due to a "network upgrade" which is also unacceptable for any half decent hotel."
