"Our stay was great! Very kind and helpful staff for tourists and parking was easy to use and understand the details/rules.
Only downsides we found:
1) pillows were horrible (but possibly our preference) but the mattress was fine.
2) no phone to contact the front desk so every time you need something (us was tissues and extra hangers) you have to go down to the lobby to put in your request. No the end of the world, just slight inconvenience.
Air conditioner worked amazing for those who like a cold room! Quick access to old town location wise. Highly recommend"
