"The Heritage Hotel is located in the heart of Hallstatt, a city that has lost its soul. Please do not go to this city or this Hotel. The Heritage and its staff, especially the manager, know they have you trapped in a facade of a city. The managers/staff demeanor and service are indicative of someone who has a captured audience. "Das Appartement hatte ALLES, was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage mit den vielen kleinen Häusern ist einfach sehr schön und auch familiär. Die Lage ist auch einzigartig und günstig gelegen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder"
