His dedication and attention to detail elevated our experience and set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is a true gem, set in a location that can only be described as magical. Lake Fuschl, surrounded by majestic mountains and breathtaking natural scenery, creates a fairytale-like setting. Our stay at Schlosshotel Fuschl was pleasant, but it fell far short of the high expectations set by the exorbitant prices. The first and most glaring issue is the lack of language training for the staff. A significant portion of the personnel does not speak German, which is surprising for a luxury hotel in Austria. While it’s not an issue for seasoned travelers who also speak English, many staff members struggle with even basic English – an unacceptable shortcoming for a hotel of this category. The hotel itself is not bad: many design elements are well thought out and visually appealing. However, a closer look reveals issues such as dust under carpets, heavily calcified showerheads, and other signs of cost-cutting that undermine the luxury experience. Compared to similar establishments in Bavaria, such as Elmau or those at Tegernsee, the Schlosshotel lacks warmth and the higher standard of quality one might expect. The atmosphere feels less personal, likely due to its affiliation with an international hotel chain. The majority of guests were from China and the USA, a clientele for whom the price-to-quality ratio might seem less critical. In summary, while our stay had a few bright moments, it was overshadowed by significant flaws. The prices charged are simply not justified by the overall experience.

We stayed at Schloss Fuschl during a recent trip in July to Germany and Austria. This hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip. The property and lakefront location are gorgeous and the service is impeccable. We travel extensively and would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling in and around Salzburg or the Salzkammergut region.

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.

Rosewood ist durch und durch auf Amerikanische Gäste ausgerichtet wer dies mag ist hier richtig. Wir können das Team bis zum Management nur loben, Herzlichkeit ist hier das Credo. Allerdings wer hier her kommt und das typische Österreich Flair sucht ..(Vormals Marriott) wird enttäuscht sein. Allerdings das typische Österreichische Flair ist Salzburg, Hellbrunn St.Gilgen, St.Wolfgang 👍

Ja estivemos antes do Schloss ser incorporado a rede Rosewood que fez algumas mudanças. Tem agora 1 piscina externa bem interessante. O spa é muito confortável, com várias saunas e piscina interna (já havia antes da reforma) e uma boa academia. Café da manhã excelente. Lago com muitas espreguiçadeiras e serviços de suporte muito bons, inclusive bebidas e comidas. Pontos negativos: Alguns funcionários muito despreparados. Várias vezes tivemos que solicitar a arrumação do quarto que já deveria ter sido feita. Quarto com sistema de iluminação confuso e que apresentou falha elétrica, ficando alguns quartos (o nosso inclusive) sem opções de ligar secador de cabelo e luzes do banheiro. Mesmo após a vinda do eletricista a confusão para ligar as luzes persistiu. Meu relógio Apple Watch não recebia toda a carga devido a inconsistência da rede elétrica. A permanência de animais - cães - no deck do lago é muito desconfortável. Alguns hóspedes inclusive colocam os animais nas escadas de acessibilidade do deck para o lago, apesar do aviso que a permanência de animais ali não é permitida. Os funcionários não tomam as providências para retirada desses animais a não ser quando fazemos reclamação. Em síntese: esta faltando gestão que anteriormente era muito cautelosa. Desse jeito a 5a estrela desceu pelo ralo.

Ich musste den Termin verschieben und das Hotel kam mir in keiner Form hinsichtlich eines alternativen Termins oder einer Kulanz Lösung entgegen. In Anbetracht des beachtlichen Zimmerpreises ist dies beachtlich und ein triftiger Grund in Zukunft keine Buchung mehr vorzunehmen

Hotel fica em um lugar lindo em frente a um lago. Hotel de luxo, confortável, com bom atendimento. Ótimo spa e restaurante, bom café da manhã.
