"The hotel price is overprice. In gilgen lake cost are all private property , you can not use the advantage of being so near to the lake . The hotel owner see visitors as potential theft , in the morning there was a very rude woman saying that you can pack anything from the breakfast and even she is always watching visitors what they eat what they do , it is annoying and not kind I think ."

The receptionist I met was excellent — very helpful, polite, well‑mannered, and accommodating. The hotel offers a good breakfast and has a beautiful outdoor seating area with mountain views.
