"Love our stay at The Passenger, a Bonvoy Marriott Hotel. We particularly love the Nespresso machine in the room, The hotel is less than 2 years old about 20 minutes bus ride from the city center. We were grateful to receive the transportation mobility voucher complimentary of the Salzburger region. The front desk was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this to anyone. "

We enjoyed the fitness room and the opportunity to store our luggage until our flight time. A few things were a bit surprising for a hotel of that category: * no phones in the rooms, if you need anything you have to go down to reception * I'd forgotten my toothpaste and there are no toiletries in the rooms other than soap and shower gel * beds are comfortable, quite firm mattresses,...

"Very cozy, modern boutique hotel, close to all the main attractions in the Old City. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I’m sensitive to noise, and they kindly provided me with a very quiet room. The only thing that could be improved is the pillows, which could be more comfortable."

"Got the most expensive room. They only had it available for 2 nights. Room was very dirty. We decided to stay one more night in a different room. We stayed in the room with balcony ( they only have one with balcony). Awesome room. Very clean. Big bathroom. Big room. Next time will stay longer and stay in that room. Hotel is awesome. City is awesome. Can’t wait to come there again. "
