"Boutique Hotel am Dom is a charming property in a fantastic location. I got a single room, which while small is well designed, very comfortable, and has thoughtful details, perfect for my needs. Breakfast was delicious and is in a lovely space. I was only there for 2 days, but the space and staff made me feel right at home. The location is absolutely fantastic. The DomQuartier is a minute walk, and the funicular to the fortress is maybe 5 minutes. I also enjoyed the shops surrounding the hotel....
"Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property.

"Six+ stars!!! Cocoon hotel and front desk & dining staff are just wonderful !! The decor is organic boutique on point and aesthetically pleasing !! Love love love the organic theming and all the beautiful plants and terrariums throughout. We always looked forward to and enjoyed the walk from the elevator to our room & vis versa with the peaceful sounds of nature (opps, spoiler alert and if you are a fan of “Severance” def pulling some Sererance vibes, haha in a good way, maybe it’s just me )....
