"This claims to be a luxury hotel. It is NOT. More like a 4 star at the low end. The main restaurant only had seating on a patio on a busy street....the actual restaurant was closed up. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was so outdated...and things just didn't work properly."

"The property was perfect for our visit to Salzburg. We stayed six nights (originally planned to stay five, but added a sixth at the last minute, and the host was super-flexible about adding the night). The only drawback of this property is the street/traffic noise. If you visit during a time of year when you leave the windows open at nighttime, be sure you pack ear plugs. Otherwise, we loved everything about the flat. Very communicative and helpful host. Easy check in and check out...
