"Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. "Travelling alone with a heavy bag, I appreciated the proximity by foot to the train station, though it was tucked away in its own space and greeney and had no noise, traffic, bad air or sketchy characters: a safe, clean, quiet harbor with easy access to town (just on other side of canal and river - a few hundred yards). Very clean, modern functional decor. Good windows, but also AC that you could turn on/off or adjust! I don't overuse at all, but what a relief after trekking around town for hours on a hot+humid day [n.b. Lueneburg is made out of brick - the older architecture is 'brick Gothic' - it doesn't cool off quickly as the sun goes down! Breakfast area was very nice as was the breakfast (though no hot foods, - fine by me). No other amenities or areas, aside from a few seats by entrance. A friendly and efficient, well-located place to stay."
